Spectrum HOA 8.1.1

The Spectrum HOA Homeowner and Board App offers a convenient mobile-friendly platform for interacting with your community association. This app allows you to make payments, view your account, and access community information, all organized in one centralized location.

If you already have a login for your association website, you can easily use the same email address and password to log in to the app. If you don't have a current login, you can quickly register by clicking the register button and providing your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password, granting you direct access to your account from this app.

In case you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address, and request a password reset. You will then receive an email containing a link for setting a new password. Once reset, you can log in using your email address and the new password.

8. Access violations – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to violation records
9. Submit ACC (Architectural Control Committee) Requests and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken using a mobile device)
10. Access homeowner ledger
11. Submit work orders and check on their status (add comments and take pictures from mobile device)
